November 22: Student Success Initiatives for Diverse Populations
This workshop will highlight specific campus resources and services supporting our growing diverse student populations, particularly our first-generation college students. We will also cover how through these initiatives, Ramapo is preparing to become New Jersey’s newest Hispanic Serving Institution and how the hallmarks of a Ramapo education will support our increasing first generation and Latinx student populations.

December 13: Supporting Academic Pursuits for Success
Ramapo College understands the power of experiential learning and the benefits these experiences have on student learning outcomes and future success. This workshop will provide a look into how we are bringing hands-on learning to the classroom, especially in Nursing, Business and Investigative Genetic Genealogy (IGG) as well as highlight how we are using these learning opportunities to enhance the academic pursuits of our students, preparing them for future success.

February 28, 2025: Annual Counselor Luncheon | Save the Date
Our annual luncheon is a conference-style event that focuses on academic and college updates, hot topics in college admissions, an admissions overview, the announcement of this year’s Nancy Jaegar Award for Counseling Excellence recipient and an optional campus tour. A continental breakfast and lunch will be served as part of the event. Attendees will be able to network with counselors from across the tri-state area as well as with our academic deans, faculty, campus leaders and Admissions staff. Professional development hours will be provided to attendees.
