Academic Facilities
Where knowledge flourishes.
Classrooms
A typical classroom at Ramapo provides a student/faculty ratio is 18-to-1 with an average class size of 23. Even more impressive is that the largest class here at Ramapo is about 35 students, even in your freshmen year! Experienced and dedicated faculty members are teachers and mentors who will be with you every step of the way as you prepare for a career or to attend graduate school. All incoming students are assigned an academic advisor for their first year, and then are assigned a faculty member in their major as their advisor for the next three years.
The Adler Center
The Adler Center for Nursing Excellence, created from a generous gift from philanthropists Mike and Elaine Adler, is one of the newest additions to the academic complex. Connecting to the G-Wing via a walkway, the Center houses Ramapo’s highly acclaimed undergraduate Nursing Program as well as our graduate Nursing and inaugural doctoral programs. The Center has state-of-the-art simulation labs with computer-simulated patients, physiology labs and a Nursing Skills Lab. Other features include modern computer labs and ample classroom space.

The unique feature: the A-E Wings, as they are called, are connected for easy and convenient access. Also housed within the Academic Complex are dining services, the Student Center and the Campus Bookstore.
