College Park Apartments
The College Park Apartment, aka CPA complex consists of 14 buildings adjacent to The Overlook and Kameron Pond, and houses approximately 560 students in two- to three-story buildings with two bedrooms, bath, and kitchen/living room. Some apartments are also designed in a duplex style.
Laurel Hall
Laurel Hall shares a quad with Pine Hall and is near the Scott Student Center, the Atrium and the Birch tree Inn. Laurel Hall is a 432-bed suite-style residence, each of which contains four single bedrooms, a bathroom with stall shower and a small common area. Just outside are basketball courts and bench seating for socializing and relaxing.
Mackin and
Bischoff Halls
Both Mackin and Bischoff are 5-story residence halls with common space lounges on each floor. The hotel-like suites include A/C, cable TV, wireless Internet, a MicroFridge, free laundry and a semi-private bathroom in each suite. Just outside of the building you’ll find amphitheater-like seating and a recreation area that includes a beach volleyball court. Mackin and Bischoff are both first year residence halls, housing our freshmen scholarship and honors students.
The Overlook
The Overlook is adjacent to the Padovano Commons, Student Center, Birch Tree Inn, The Atrium and Kameron Pond. The Overlook houses 295 students and contains four-person suites comprised of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sitting room.
Pine Hall
Pine Hall shares a quad with Laurel Hall and is one of three residence halls for our first year class. The suite-style residences have semi-private bathrooms and include amenities such as air conditioning, cable TV, a MicroFridge in each bedroom, and free laundry facilities. Community Lounges are located on each floor of the building and a community kitchen for students to prepare their own meals is on the first floor. Â
The Village Apartments
The Village, one of two apartment complexes on campus, is home to many Ramapo seniors. Each apartment in the Village has four single bedrooms, a large bathroom, full kitchen with counter seating, a dining area and spacious living room. The Thomases Commons, located in the Village quad, features free laundry facilities for the Village residents, a lounge with a fireplace and a large screen television.
