“Ramapo College has been my home away from home for 5 years. After completing back to back degrees as part of the MASE program here I can unequivocally say that 17 year old me made the right decision. I am immensely grateful for the guidance of exceptional mentors most notably Dr. Julie Good and Dr. Molly Dinning, who inspired and supported me throughout my journey. The program gave me courage, confidence, and prepared me in all the ways that matter to grow as an educator. I am so fortunate to have made genuine lifelong friends that enriched my college experience in ways I could never have imagined. I feel incredibly privileged to have had the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with such extraordinary individuals in a place that always made me feel at home.” – Gillian Miller ’23 ’24 graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology and a Master’s of Arts in Special Education. She currently works in the Manville School District as a 4th Grade Teacher.

During her time at Ramapo, she received the Outstanding Student Leadership Award, was the President and Founder of Ramapo L.E.A.D., was on the Dean’s List from 2019 – 2024, and was a part of the honor society for educators, Kappa Delta Pi (KPD).
