Ellie Miltner

“Ramapo was the perfect place for me to further my education and gain the knowledge and creative insights to kickstart my career. I was involved in many groups on campus but the Communications department was by far my favorite. I learned so much from the professors about the field and really honed in on my passions that were supported 100 percent. In my senior year, I knew I wanted to intern at a big media company and my career development advisor helped me make that dream a reality. I interned at MTV and the rest is history. I am now a Director of Creative and Production Operations for Viacom’s internal Branded Content Agency. I had big dreams when I attended Ramapo and fully know that none of them would have been possible without the guidance and support of my professors and advisors. I am so grateful for every moment I spent at Ramapo and will continue giving back to the school that gave me so much.” – Ellie Miltner ’07 graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Communications specializing in Television Production. While at Ramapo, Ellie served as a Student Government Senator and the Class of 2007’s Vice President. She was Inducted into Lambda Pi Eta in 2006; the Communications Honor Society and received the Student Service Award upon graduating. She was also Inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa, the Leadership Honor Society. Ellie is now the Director of Creative and Production Operations at Viacom.
