“In the MAEL [Master of Arts in Educational Leadership] program, we work with aspiring leaders to prepare them to become the educational leaders our schools need. We provide them with authentic experiences and place them in authentic settings to understand the complex problems that need to be solved and we help them solve those problems. This type of experience is unlike any other program because of its emphasis on the 21st Century Skills vital for success in the field.
One of the most rewarding experiences of my life, both personally and professionally, is working with students interested in education. The work we engage in is challenging and exciting at the same. It also is a lot of fun to see the students grow and make a difference in the lives of children.”
