Kurt Hanisch

“I credit all my current success to the excellent preparation I received at Ramapo. The professors of the School of Theoretical and Applied Science prepared me well for my eventual master’s degree in biology, and the Teacher Certification Program prepared me for my career in education. Ramapo College also has been a family affair — my wife and sons, as well as my brothers, sister-in-law and brother-in-law all attended Ramapo College and received degrees in a variety of fields.” – Kurt Hanisch ’81 graduated with a B.S. in Biology and a certification in Teacher Education. He earned his master’s degree in Biology and M.A. in Education from William Paterson University in 1992. Kurt is currently the District Science Supervisor for Mountain Lakes School District in New Jersey.
