Olanrewaju Owoyele

“I came to Ramapo College as an international student from Nigeria. My experiences here, especially the one-on-one interactions with my professor, helped build my confidence helping me be able to stand tall and differentiate myself from the crowd. After graduation, I worked as an accountant before entering a global MBA program at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. While there, I had the opportunity to spend a semester each in Shanghai, China, and Jamshedpur India. I found the studying abroad programs to be very satisfying, mostly because Ramapo College had different programs that helped me when I first came to the U.S. I will forever be grateful to have had the opportunity to study at Ramapo College.” – Olanrewaju Owoyele ’12 majored in Accounting and is pursuing his MBA from Case Western Reserve University, where he is on track to graduate in December 2015. While attending Ramapo, Olanrewaju was the president of International Student Organization and he received the Anisfield-Meyers Family Endowed Scholarship and the Presidential Scholarship.
