“Coming out of high school I did not have the strongest GPA or academic drive. I knew that I wanted to pursue higher education, but I was limited in my options. Ramapo took a chance on me and that was all that I needed. I chose to dorm during my first semester at Ramapo. During this time I began building my social media accounts whenever I had free time. My first viral video incorporated the scenery of the surrounding campus. Furthermore, the comfortable environment promoted creativity. After a few videos reached millions of individuals, I recognized my calling. Fast forward to today, my personal account has over 700k followers. Not only has the faculty that I shared my vision with at this school helped me to achieve so much, but they have also motivated me to pursue this as a career. Since then I have worked with the state of NJ to develop their Covid campaign and various other projects. I will be pursuing a career as a digital marketer and hope to develop this area of marketing at Ramapo in the future.” – Gregory Sabbak ’23 graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Management. He made the Deans’ List in 2021 and 2023. Gregory was a Marketing Intern for Pim Brands.
