“I definitely consider myself lucky for having graduated from Ramapo College. For one, the school’s close proximity to the New York City allowed me to complete an internship in Manhattan during my last semester while still maintaining my job on campus and position at the Ramapo News. More importantly, the small community at the school helped me build great relationships with faculty members, who were able to provide honest advice about pursuing a career in journalism and give me strong recommendations when it came time to find a job post-graduation.
