Frank Jefferson Rincon Tavarez

“I would describe myself as being a dedicated and passionate individual with a strong urgency to aid others through social activism,” says Frank Jefferson Rincon Tavarez, a Literature major from Union City, NJ.

At Ramapo, Frank helped form the Wresting Club, and is active in the Chess Club and Devised Theatre Ensemble.  He is also the student photographer for the College.

Frank is a Theatre minor with a focus on Acting, and has performed with the Rockland Community College Shakespeare Ensemble.

“I would like a career as a travelling teaching artist, instructing children and adults around the world in the power of language through literature and in the performative, restorative, and transformative magic of theatre,” adds Frank.  He is proud of his accomplishment of being able to study abroad for his final semester in Paris, France and completing an internship with the Zéfiro Theatre ensemble.
