Laurel Hall has two elevators for the entire building of over 400 residents. On Check-in Day, Residents should expect that lines for these elevators may form, and in some cases, might extend outside the building. Please be mindful of the weather and come prepared, as there could be instances where you might need to wait outside the building. We kindly request your cooperation in being considerate and patient with others during potential elevator wait times as this will greatly contribute to a smoother experience for everyone. Consider arriving during off-peak hours if possible. This will help reduce the wait time and congestion.
In the event that there is an elevator malfunction, you may need to use the stairwells. We suggest that you bring your belongings packed in ways that easily allow you to transport them utilizing the staircases. Residents are encouraged to bring their own moving materials in order to speed up the process. Be prepared for any possible weather conditions. Check-in occurs rain or shine. Dress for the day is casual. If rain is expected, be sure to bring a tarp or large, plastic garbage bags to shield your belongings.Helpful Information
