Please take notice that, pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et seq., the Board of Trustees of Ramapo College of New Jersey will hold a special public meeting on Monday, May 9, 2016 beginning at 5:00 p.m. in Room 1 and Room 2 of the Trustees Pavilion on the College’s main campus located at 505 Ramapo Valley Road, Mahwah, New Jersey and by conference call.  The agenda for this special public meeting is anticipated to be:  (1) Approval of the Reappointment and Employment Agreement of President Peter P. Mercer; and (2) Approval of the American Studies Minor.  The Board of Trustees may also authorize an executive session to discuss personnel matters and contract negotiations.
