Sign up for Electronic W-2’s & 1095-C’s!

It is tax and W-2 time again.  The deadline to opt-in has been extended to January 12th.  You can receive your electronic copy of your W-2 by simply completing the electronic form that is available in employee self-service.

Login to:  Self Service

1. Enter Secure Area
2. Sign In
3. Select Employee Tab
4. Select My Employee
5. Select Taxes
6. Select Electronic Regulatory Consent
7. Select the box next to “Consent to receive W-2 and 1095-C electronically
8. Select Submit

Keep in mind, signing up and agreeing to receive your W-2 electronically enables you to have access to the information immediately after it is uploaded to self-service instead of waiting to receive the form in the mail.

If you do not sign up to receive an electronic W-2, you will have a paper W-2 form mailed to you by Jan. 31, 2025.

Timesheet and Overtime Submission Schedule during the Winter Break 2024/2025

Faculty and Staff Payroll – Pay Date-12/20/24 (RB 26 11/30/24 – 12/13/24)
Web Timesheets: Must be submitted, approved and received by Payroll no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, 12/13/24.
Overtime: Must be submitted, approved and received by Payroll no later than 9 AM on Friday, 12/13/24.

Faculty and Staff Payroll – Pay Date-1/3/25 (RB 1 12/14/24 – 12/27/24)
Web Timesheets: Must be submitted and approved and received by Payroll no later than 3 pm on Thursday, 12/19/24.
Overtime: Must be submitted and approved and received by Payroll no later than 12 pm on Friday, 12/27/24.

Student Payroll – Pay Date-12/27/24 (SB 26 11/30/24 – 12/13/24)
Web Timesheets: Must be submitted, approved and received by Payroll no later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday, 12/17/24.

Student Payroll – Pay Date-1/10/25 (SB 1 12/14/24 – 12/27/24)
Web Timesheets: Students must be submit by Sunday, December 22 and approvers need to approve no later than 3:00
pm on Monday, 12/23/24.

Please be advised that due to time constraints for payroll processing over the holidays, this schedule will be strictly
adhered to.
