Ramapo Staff Association (RSA) sponsored eventPersonality style is the essence of who you are and how you approach work.  Knowing your personality style provides useful insight into how you communicate, lead others, and work in teams.  In this 1 hour session, you’ll become more aware of your personality and how to better manage your style for a successful work experience.  Participants will take a pre-session Personality Assessment and receive a report about their style. Assessment will be sent via e-mail once you register for the session.
