Salaries of managerial employees shall be determined by the Ramapo College Classification and Compensation Plan established by the Board of Trustees. The Policy establishes a minimum and a maximum for each salary range. The Policy provides for pay adjustments, including annual increases to managerial employees’ salaries based upon merit each fiscal year, depending on availability of funding. The Policy also allows for salary adjustments in the case of promotion to a higher salary range or demotion to a lower salary range.
