There will be a special presentation of the Civil Rights progress from the years of 1954-1968. Martin Luther King’s leadership played a vital role in the Civil Rights movement and his followers continued to fight for change long after his death. It is very important to know and understand the events leading up to King’s death in 1968. These events were marked with progress and turmoil for both blacks and the country.
