MAHWAH, N.J.  – The Center for Innovative and Professional Learning (CIPL) at Ramapo College of New Jersey is offering a monthly Management Training Series on Fridays this spring for front-line managers and supervisors interested in increasing their knowledge and learning from facilitators with real-world experience. Workshops run 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on the Ramapo College campus in Mahwah. Registration is completed online at www.ramapo.edu/cipl/businesstraining

The spring workshops include: Communication and Coaching for Performance on February 23, Selecting and Managing Staff on March 23, and Stepping up to Supervision on April 20.

Workshops are $299 for each full-day workshop. When three (3) or more employees attend the same session, the fees are $275 per attendee. Ramapo students and employees receive a discount and pay only $250 ($49 savings).

A Project Management Boot Camp is also scheduled on March 19 and 21 from 12:30-4:30 p.m. For more information and to register, visit www.ramapo.edu/cipl/pmbootcamp

Parking for these workshops on the Ramapo College campus is free with the provided parking pass. When attendees register at least three (3) working days prior to a workshop, a parking pass is emailed in advance. Otherwise, attendees should allow 10 additional minutes to stop at the Security Booth at the main entrance to receive a parking pass before parking.
