MAHWAH, N.J. — The Ramapo College’s President’s Committee on Campus Sustainability is holding the RCNJ Campus Sustainability Convergence on Wednesday, April 22 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the H-Wing Auditorium.

The Environmental Studies Capstone Class will present the results of its Campus Sustainability Assessment Project at 4 p.m., followed by Dr. Mitchell Thomashow’s presentation, “The Nine Elements of a Sustainable Campus.”

Thomashow is the director of the Second Nature Presidential Fellows Program, the lead supporting organization for the American College and University Presidents’ Climate Commitment. He is the author of three books which focus on promoting ecological awareness, sustainable living, creative learning and organizational excellence. He also serves on the board of ORION magazine.
