MAHWAH – Ramapo College Professor Murray Sabrin, founder of the Sabrin Center for Free Enterprise, will discuss the “Culture of Excellence in American Businesses” at the Sixth Annual Sebastian J. Raciti Memorial Lecture and Dinner at Ramapo College of New Jersey in October.
Sabrin, who with his wife, Florence, has endowed the creation of the Sabrin Center of Business Excellence with a $250,000 gift, is inaugurating the Center with a talk about business excellence in America.
The annual event was established to honor the memory of Sebastian J. Raciti (1934-2003), who, for 31 years, served in various roles that were instrumental in the development of Ramapo College. Known as Sib, he was a member of the founding faculty, arriving in the College’s second year.
The lecture will be sponsored by the Sabrin Center for Free Enterprise of Ramapo College, which is located in the Anisfield School of Business.
“The Culture of Excellence in American Businesses” will be presented on Wednesday, October 21 in the Trustees Pavilion on campus. The lecture begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be followed by a reception. The public is invited to attend the lecture and reception; there is no fee for attending the event. Reservations are required; please call 201.684.7096 or e-mail sabrincenter@ramapo.edu.
