(MAHWAH) – The Ramapo College Foundation will kick off its Tenth Annual Performing Arts Dinner Series Sunday, October 4 with “A Couple of Blaguards” a comedy with incidental music created by the late Frank McCourt starring his brother Malachy McCourt. All performances in the series will be held at The Angelica and Russ Berrie Center for Performing and Visual Arts.
Benefactors and patrons are invited to a delicious gourmet dinner featuring a multi-choice buffet with fine wines, preferred seating for the performance and a reception with the artist. In addition to “A Couple of Blaguards,” the 4 performance series presents contemporary pianist George Winston Sunday, December 6; A Valentine’s Day Celebration: “If You Ever Leave Me, I’m Going With You” Saturday, February 10, 2010, starring Rene Taylor and Joe Bologna and “Get Back! The Cast of Beatlemania, Saturday, April 24, 2010.
Hosted by The Ramapo College Foundation, this specially packaged series is a way for philanthropic patrons to experience outstanding entertainment while supporting College scholarships, faculty and student research opportunities and campus capital projects.
The two levels of support for the Performing Arts Dinner Series are Benefactor level (two reserved tickets to each of the four dinners and performances for $1,200 with an $800 tax deduction) or Patron level (one ticket for any of the four performances for $110 with a $50 tax deduction).
