(Mahwah) – The York Room Salon Series presents The Dolce Trio: From Bach to Bluegrass and Beyond Sunday, November 19 at 3 p.m. at Ramapo College of New Jersey. The trio features Lynn Siebert on violin, Ilizabeth Cabrera on cello and Kris Lamb on flute, recorder and Irish whistle.
Established in 1994, the trio will take audiences on a musical journey spanning centuries, styles and continents with an eclectic sampling of music. Their repertoire includes the Baroque and classical elegance of Europe, rollicking Irish jigs, haunting Eastern European melodies and vibrant, toe-tapping American fiddle tunes.
Tickets for The Dolce Trio are $15 and include refreshments. The York Room is located in the Birch Mansion on the campus of Ramapo College of New Jersey. For more information call (201) 684 – 7844.
