Due to inclement weather the Mindfulness at Ramapo College will open at 11am. The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction free Orientation will be postponed to next Friday January 12 from 9-11am. All registrants from today's orientation will be automatically registered for next Friday. Please email mindfulness@ramapo.edu if you can not make it.

This orientation is the first step toward enrollment in the 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course-before the start of class.
