Free Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop

This workshop will briefly review the benefits of mindfulness and present an experiential introduction to breath-based practice. Suggestions will be offered on how to integrate mindfulness into everyday life. Research indicates that mindfulness practices decrease anxiety and stress while enhancing the ability to concentrate and pay attention.

Wear comfortable clothing.
