This workshop for MBSR grads or those with a regular meditation practice will be a conversation about how our life can be and is our practice. Our life is a succession of present moment experiences….and meeting each and every one of them– regardless of whether they are pleasant or unpleasant, wanted or unwanted, hectic or quiet—with a degree of curiosity and tenderness is what the cultivation of mindfulness can help us with. Together we will practice and explore ‘this being human’ by inviting a softening of the boundary between formal and informal practices and life itself, perhaps strengthening our capacity for ease of heart, mind and body on and off the cushion. Workshop will include periods of sitting and movement practices, periods of silence and periods of discussion.
