MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION 8-WEEK COURSE

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until November 9, 2017

Participants in this eight-session Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course will gain a first hand introduction to mindfulness practices involving breathing and gentle body movements and methods for incorporating mindfulness practices into their everyday life and work.  This Thursday evening MBSR course will meet from September 21-November 9 from 7-9:30pm and includes a full day retreat on Sunday, November 5 from 9am-4pm.
