MBSR Fundamentals/9-Day is a 9-day residential program for MBSR teacher trainees. This program starts with a 5-day immersion in the Mindfulness Tools™ intensive MBSR program (this program is open to all including those not training to be an MBSR teacher), followed by a 4-day rigorous professional MBSR teacher training.

As with all CFM Oasis programs, acceptance into this course is required. Please do not make reservations or travel plans until you have received an official acceptance determination from the CFM Oasis Institute. For details, tuition and application, please see the webpage.
