All are invited to join the Mindfulness at Ramapo College for a Labyrinth walk,open meditation and yoga. This event is being held in partnership with the Wellness Coalition’s “Spring Into Wellness” campus-wide event.
The labyrinth is a meditation tool, “a walking meditation.” Many people walk the labyrinth to relieve stress, find balance in their lives and as a way to focus their minds. Others walk it as a kind of body prayer and method of contemplation.
Labyrinth open from 10am-3:30pm
Yoga classes 1:45-2:30pm with Mac Soliman
2:45-3:30pm with Amie Wuchter
Meditation-open meditation and guided meditation available 10am-3;30pm
Registration is not required for this event. If not a Ramapo faculty, staff or student, please email mindfulness@ramapo.edu for a parking pass.
