FREE INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION

Free introduction to the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course.  This is an evidence-Introduction-to-Mindfulnessbased method of mindfulness and relaxation training developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. It can be an important adjunct in the treatment of a variety of health issues. It is also a very effective approach in reducing stress and pain while enhancing the ability to concentrate. The course will be taught by Beth Sandweiss M.S.W., M.A.and CFM approved MBSR instructor.
