The Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) Survey assesses student contentment and priorities, highlighting satisfaction levels and critical concerns. Similarly, the Institutional Priorities Survey (IPS) evaluates the priorities of campus administrators, staff, and faculty. Both SSI and IPS were used simultaneously to identify areas of agreement and disagreement between students and campus personnel.
