In celebration of International Education Week, join the Roukema Center for International Education in a cooking demonstration! The Roukema Center will be doing the participatory demonstration in the construction of empanadas. Empanadas are stuffed pastries from Latin America. Join us in learning how to construct this dish, while you sample some along the way!
