Join the Office of Equity and Diversity Programs for a presentation about the history of the Brown Berets, a pro-Chicano organization that emerged during the Chicano Movement in the late 1960s who's movements largely revolved around farm workers' struggles, educational reform, anti-war activism and police brutality.
This program will explore the differences and similarities between board games in the United States and different games around all of Latin America. Light snacks and refreshments from various places in Latin America will be served.
We will discuss the different stereotypes of Latino Men.
