You may access the Spring 2025 Housing Intent Process by clicking on the link that was sent to you via your Ramapo e-mail account on October 28, 2024. The link is unique to each student, therefore, we ask that you please do not share the link.
You should e-mail reslife@ramapo.edu immediately so that the link can be re-sent to you.
The Spring 2025 Housing Intent Process must be completed (no charge) by November 4, 2024.
Residents who are not in compliance with the November 4, 2024 deadline will have the opportunity to complete the Spring 2025 Housing Intent Process for the FINAL time by November 12, 2024 BEFORE 12:00 Noon. Residents who complete the Spring 2024 Housing Intent process after November 4, 2024 but by November 12, 2024 will be assessed a $25.00 administrative charge.
Residents who do not complete the Spring 2025 Housing Intent Process by the final deadline of November 12, 2024 BEFORE 12:00 Noon may lose their housing for the Spring 2025 semester.
If you are still interested in housing, you must reapply for any future housing requests as your guaranteed housing status will no longer be in effect and you will be considered a Commuter. If you decide at a later date that you would like on campus housing, you must resubmit a housing application with the required housing deposit. The deposit must be submitted to the Office of Student Accounts. Upon receipt of your Commuter application, your name will be added to the Commuter List. Please note: housing is not guaranteed.

You must e-mail the Office of Residence Life at reslife@ramapo.edu to inform them of your desire to change your housing status.
You must e-mail the Office of Residence Life at reslife@ramapo.edu to inform them of your desire to change your housing status. Upon receipt of your e-mail, your information will be updated and your housing related charges will be placed back on to your student account within 48-72 hours. Please note, that depending on the timing of your request, we may NOT be able to place you back in to your previously assigned space as it may have been reassigned due to room changes.
Yes, you must be registered by December 1, 2024, in order to retain your Spring 2025 housing. All campus residents must be registered as a full-time student which is equivalent to 12 or more credits. If you are not registered by December 1, 2024, you may be removed from housing. Please refer to the Guide to Community Living for exceptions to this policy.
Students who withdraw AFTER January 27, 2025 but BEFORE February 3, 2025 will be assessed 50% of their housing charges for the Spring 2025 semester. Therefore, we ask that you please be mindful of the 100% refund deadline if you are considering withdrawing from housing.
Students who withdraw AFTER February 3, 2025 will not be entitled to a housing refund. Therefore, we ask that you please be mindful of the 50% refund deadline if you are considering withdrawing from housing.
