Trustees Pavilion

Breakfast and lunch are available daily at the Trustees Pavilion. Breakfast is available from 7:30am on 6/28 and 6/29. Lunch is available at 12 noon on 6/28.

Opening Reception Dinner

A catered meal and full bar service will be provided at the opening reception on 6/27.

Keynote Reception Dinner

A catered meal and beer and wine will be provided at the Keynote Reception on 6/28.

FAQ

Q: Who should go to RIGG?

RIGG is for anyone with an interest in Investigative Genetic Genealogy. Our primary audience is IGG practitioners, but our attendees also include law enforcement professionals, forensic scientists, attorneys, hobby genealogists and more.

Q: What airport should I fly into ahead of RIGG?

Ramapo College of New Jersey is in the greater NYC metropolitan area and is located near several regional airports including Newark (EWR), Kennedy Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), White Plains (HPN), and Stewart Airport (SWF).

Q: How should I get to campus?

The Whova app, which will open 90 days prior to RIGG, contains message boards with various subjects including a rideshare message board. Public transportation options are available, but we recommend finding a rideshare with another RIGG attendee for ease of transportation!

Q: What should I bring with me to campus?

If you are staying on the Ramapo campus, remember that it’s college living – not a hotel! Your bed linens will be provided, but the rooms contain no toiletries. We also recommend bringing a packable towel as the towels provided with your linen are fairly small.

Q: Will a virtual option be offered for RIGG 2025?

At this time, there are no plans to offer a virtual attendance option for RIGG 2025.

Q: Will concurrent sessions be recorded for attendees?

With a few exceptions, presentations will be recorded at RIGG 2025. The sessions that will not be recorded will be indicated in the program distributed in person at RIGG.
