Holocaust issues manifest themselves in foreign policy in many ways ranging from restitution and compensation for Holocaust survivors to international efforts to counter Holocaust distortion and denial. U.S. Department of State Special Envoy Ellen Germain will talk about diplomatic efforts in these areas and how knowledge and understanding of the Holocaust informs current U.S. foreign policy.
