Supporting one of the College’s four pillars of intercultural understanding, the International Student Organization (ISO) seeks students of all nationalities to create a meaningful intercultural experience at Ramapo. They meet regularly to plan activities and events for both members of the club and the entire Ramapo community. The club sponsors a variety of activities, such as international dinner nights, films, and lectures, as well as off-campus trips to various national landmarks and other places of cultural interest. Each year they host International Student Week, which consists of workshops and symposia. A campus-wide luncheon, The International Food Festival, features international cuisine and entertainment and has become one of the most popular events held at Ramapo. The club also participates in community service activities throughout the school year.
