On the eve of the sixth anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake, Tsunami and Nuclear Disaster, we invite you to the Fukushima and the Human Consequences of Nuclear Disaster Symposium on Friday, February 17 from 10am to 5:30pm in Alumni Lounges (SC-156&157). Along with Ramapo professors, faculty members from Fukushima University and researchers from Japan will have presentations on various aspects of the disaster, evacuation, and recovery efforts. There will be a film screening, a panel discussion and Q&A sessions throughout the day.
