[ASB230] This is an action-planning and clearinghouse session for the benefit of our students facing  indeterminate action on their immigration status. Not abstract talk!  We are responding to the issues raised about our 19 known DACA students, and others perhaps not counted, who are in danger of losing their legal protections imminently.  Many of us throughout the campus have been working with students individually, in groups, in relation to the Board of Trustees, as well as obtaining social service information and legal information and working perhaps in ways unknown to be able to provide students with concrete assistance.  Our modest hope for this session is to be able to provide a place for candid discussion, clarifying questions, and sharing of skills between engaged faculty and staff.
