Get in the know! The Faculty Resource Center together with the Center for Health and Counseling Services invites you to join us for a presentation on the high-risk use of alcohol and/or marijuana amongst students, faculty, and staff during periods of great stress, depression, and anxiety. Too often substances are used to “deal with” emotional and mental discomfort. This discussion will include how alcohol and marijuana can affect a person’s lungs, immune system, and overall health in conjunction with COVID-19. An overview of services provided by the Roadrunner Collegiate Recovery Program will also be provided. Please attend this session to learn more about our campus resources and find out how you can share this information with those in need.
Presenter: Cory Rosenkranz, Coordinator, Substance Use Disorder Prevention/Recovery Programs, RCNJ
