Arthur M. Miller, Vice President, IT Finance, United Parcel Service, Inc

Mr. Miller is vice president of finance for UPS’s information technology division.  He is responsible for developing and managing the company’s annual IT budget and overseeing the company’s IT vendor management function.  He began his UPS career as a package-car driver in 1987 and has worked in finance and accounting for more than 27 years.  Mr. Miller has served as treasurer of the Maryland/DC Minority Supplier Development Council and on the board of the North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce.  He holds a B.S. in finance from Indiana State University, Terre Haute, and an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.
