FAFSA Fridays

In response to the changing financial aid landscape, the new NJ legislation around high school competition of FAFSA and the delays that families are experiencing, Ramapo College’s Office of Financial Aid is launching FAFSA Fridays. From February 21 through May 16, Financial Aid will be available for any walk-in, call or virtual appointments to help students, families, guidance counselors, and all other community members learn about and complete the new FAFSA form. The Office of Financial Aid is located on the second floor of the Academic Complex in the E-Wing Room E-210. The FAFSA Friday appointment hours are on Friday from 10am to 4pm. You call us at 201-684-7549 or email finaid@ramapo.edu to schedule an appointment or you can stop by the office.

Financial Aid is based on your financial need. Financial aid comes in the form of grants, loans and work-study. The first step to receiving financial aid is filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is available starting Decmber 31 each year, and new students should submit their FAFSA no later than March 15 so that we can send you your financial aid financing letter around April 10.
