How can we encourage students to understand the connections between theories they learn in class and their role in real life social issues? How can students learn to create social impact? In this meeting, we explore these questions through the notions of Fair Trade and discuss how we can include aspects of Fair Trade in our classes. We will share successful past course designs and assignments and think of learning outcomes of these learning activities. Faculty from all disciplines are welcome!!
