Jeffrey “Jeff” Geltman (Pronouns: he/him/his) holds a Bachelor’s in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He also holds a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law. He is currently a student at Rutgers University in the Masters of Social Work program with a concentration on Clinical Social Work.
Jeffrey worked as a group therapist at the Vantage Health Recovery Center in Englewood, NJ with the adult population. Jeffrey also worked with the residents of the Vantage Health Supportive Housing unit as a counselor. Prior to enrolling in the MSW program at Rutgers Jeffrey practiced law and clerked for the Honorable Keith A. Bachmann, J.S.C.. He is a licensed attorney in New Jersey and New York
Jeffrey is interested in obtaining his LCSW so that he may become a therapist focusing on the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance abuse. He is also interested in policy writing and legislation related to mental health.
Jeffrey is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with his dog Ruthie. He also plays guitar, bass and piano.
