Corporate Contact Summary Form

The corporate sponsor (corporate contact person) is required to submit this form once each summer for all corporate interns their company will have residing at Ramapo. This form cannot be submitted by the intern.

For both intern and corporate contact; this document provides more information about the corporate intern housing program at Ramapo. It also provides brief information regarding the College’s rules, policies, and procedures.

Housing Agreement

This form serves as each corporate intern’s official application and contractual agreement to the terms indicated therein for Summer Housing at Ramapo College. Read carefully and submit the on-line form. Be sure to double check all of your responses to each item before submitting the on-line form. Corporate Interns and the corporate contact person will receive confirmation via email, within five (5) business days of submitting the on-line form, provided that we have also received the required Corporate Contact Summary Form (see above) from your corporate sponsor.
