Accounting, economics, business ethics, business law, finance, information systems, international business, management, marketing, and organizational behavior are some of the subjects that are explored as students prepare for their business careers in today’s dynamic global and entrepreneurial economy. The career readiness of each student is specifically advanced through an individualized Career Pathways Program.

Students who have completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ramapo College have been employed in multinational, national, and local organizations of all sizes, across industries, and in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Their employers include national and local firms; corporations and entrepreneurial ventures; consultants; technology, retail, entertainment, sports, banking and other service industries; manufacturing; education; health care; nonprofits; and government.
