Stephanie Brogno Starr is currently a Talent Advisor for Early Careers at Reckitt, the consumer packaged goods company behind brands like Lysol, Airwick, Durex, Airborne, Enfamil, and Mucinex. Reckitt exists to protect, heal, and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. Stephanie leads all University Recruitment for summer internships, six-month co-ops, and full-time Future Leadership opportunities for new grads. She is based out of Parsippany, NJ, supporting all functions and locations across the US. In 2021, Reckitt was recognized by Forbes and WayUp as one of the Top 100 Internship Programs in the US. The company has been a long-time partner of Ramapo College for Research & Development opportunities, and they look forward to expanding recruitment into other areas as well.
Ellen Busteed graduated from Wells College with a degree in history. She has worked for large financial services firms in a marketing leadership role. She currently serves as the Director of Personnel for the County of Bergen. Ellen is involved in numerous civic and community organizations including serving as a Councilwoman in the Borough of River Edge since 2013.
Stacy Direnzo is a Sr. Recruiter for Corporate Human Resources at Sharp Electronics Corporation. Her career began working for an IT placement agency before moving into a corporate role at Sharp in 2014, dedicated to the direct sales division, Sharp Business Systems. Her responsibilities have grown throughout the years and she now manages talent acquisition. Stacy’s primary focus has been developing local and national recruiting programs to attract talent in a variety of disciplines including campus recruiting, diversity partnering, and veteran outreach. She earned an MS in Biology from UMDNJ/Seton Hall University.
Michael Errichiello is Talent Acquisition Specialist and part of the People Experience Team at Volvo Cars USA in Mahwah, NJ. He supports marketing, technology, and digital initiatives for the US and Canada. Along with recruitment he also spearheads the Volvo Summer Internship program that is available for Juniors and Seniors. Interns are placed in a 10-week program at our Mahwah, NJ Americas Headquarters as well as our Operations facility in Charleston, SC, and our VCTech office in Sunnyvale, CA.
Kelly Fantasia has been working as Director of Human Resources with Citrin Cooperman since 2013. As Director she leads all strategic initiatives covering the entire employee life cycle, including experienced and campus recruiting, on-boarding and staff development, performance management, benefits and compensation, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion. She has worked as a Human Resources professional for over 20 years in several public accounting firms. Prior to joining Untracht Early, Kelly served on a committee to develop future partner candidates and was in charge of facilitating programs designed to build out candidates’ skill sets in preparation for the partnership track. She has also been involved in overseeing quality control to ensure her previous firm and its employees were in legal compliance with all human resource practices. Kelly is a graduate of Monmouth University and holds certifications as an SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Professional Human Resources (PHR) and has been certified with The Human Resource Certification Institute as a DDI Facilitator. Kelly is an active volunteer at Saint Barnabas Medical Center NICU and serves on the Employer Advisory Board for Ramapo College and for the Advisory Committee for the Seton Hall University Transformative Leadership Program.
Rita Guarna is Wainscot Media’s Senior Vice President and Corporate Editorial Director. She has had a diverse, more than 30-year print career that now spans digital content creation as well. She serves as editor in chief of the company’s four regional titles—BERGEN, NJ Home, Monmouth Health & Life, and Morris/Essex Health & Life—plus some 30 custom luxury publications in jewelry, fashion, auto, and interior design. Previously, she was the editor of OBG Management, a peer-reviewed journal for physicians specializing in women’s health. Before joining Wainscot Media, Guarna worked at Bauer Publishing, the country’s number-one seller of newsstand magazines. As senior articles editor at First for Women, with more than one million readers, she conceived and executed the feature lineup—on topics including health, relationships, money, and lifestyle. Stints at Fairchild Publications, now part of Conde Nast, and The Juhl Agency, where she developed and wrote newsletters for such clients as The Culinary Institute of America, round out her eclectic experience.
Jonathan Helmstetter is currently a Supervisory Special Agent with IRS-Criminal Investigation in Springfield, New Jersey. In that capacity, SSA Helmstetter is responsible for overseeing criminal investigations into tax, money laundering, bank secrecy act, and other federal criminal violations. SSA Helmstetter oversees recruitment activities for IRS-Criminal Investigation’s Northern Area which includes Boston, New York, Newark, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Chicago, and Detroit Field Offices. In 2009, SSA Helmstetter was selected as a Special Agent in the Criminal Investigation Division in Paterson, NJ, specializing in income tax and money laundering investigations. SSA Helmstetter graduated from Ramapo College in 2009 with a BS in Accounting with a minor in Information Systems.
Warren Kwan is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager with Quest Diagnostics. He focuses on providing candidates with internship and early talent opportunities in Quest’s corporate office and in their laboratories nationwide. He has over 14 years of HR experience and a few of the previous companies he has worked for include ADP, Terminix, and Enterprise Holdings. A graduate of Rutgers University, he holds his PHR and SHRM-CP Certifications and continues to work toward furthering his knowledge and expertise in HR, while sharing his experiences in Talent Acquisition to help others.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner and Master Sourcer, Ingrid enjoys interacting with candidates, as well as business teams. Ingrid’s mission is to be a “Career Match-Maker” working to exceed the goals of her organization, as well as her expectations of applicants. Ingrid is an experienced recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and business services industries, in addition to sourcing diverse candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Jennifer Santiago is a strong business partner with a passion for professional development, sales, and leadership. She is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor’s in Hotel Restaurant Tourism Management. Jen has over 15 years of experience on the Enterprise Holdings HR team. In her role, Jen helps identify skills necessary to fill various positions, source talent through various pipelines, conduct behavioral-based interviews, all while creating a positive candidate experience. Jen has extensive experience and passion for facilitating workshops and seminars on topics such as diverse leadership and inclusion personal branding, business etiquette, public speaking, and behavioral interview skills. Jen provides college students and aspiring professionals with professional development and educates them on opportunities that a career in sales management can provide.
Sharlene Vichness is the founder and president of Language Directions, LLC, established in 2005. She is a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a BA in Modern Language. Additionally, she is certified in New Jersey as a teacher of French and Spanish and also holds certification in Accent Reduction from the Institute of Language and Phonology. An experienced instructor of foreign language and adult education, corporate sales professional, and course content innovator, Sharlene has had extensive experience conducting training seminars in English, foreign languages, verbal communication, and cultural competency skills. Ms. Vichness and Language Directions have provided customized language and cultural assistance to businesses, government agencies, and individual professionals. She has been a featured speaker at past Garden State SHRM and, NJSCPA Conferences as well as for the NJ Diversity Council, Ascend, and other organizations supporting diversity in the workplace and in-transition professionals. She is a past president of the Roseland Public Library Board of Trustees and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Ramapo College of New Jersey as well as the Essex County Workforce Development Board.
Tommy Vines brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience from a variety of senior U.S. and international positions with Active International, IBM, Cigna, and the University of Michigan. Vines has a successful track record of developing and implementing human resources strategies aligned to business strategies. Throughout his career Vines focused on the talent management cycle including staffing, coaching, succession planning, retention, and development. Vines holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Business and Human Resources. He completed his master’s degree in Human Resources from American University.
