Please take notice that, pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et seq., the Board of Trustees of Ramapo College of New Jersey will hold a special public meeting on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. in the Anisfield Board Room (ASB520) on the fifth floor in the Anisfield School of Business building on the College’s main campus located at 505 Ramapo Valley Road, Mahwah, New Jersey and by conference call. The agenda for this special meeting is anticipated to be review and approval of: (1) contract for financial advisor services, (2) a budget and financing through the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority and (3) architectural and engineering professional services contract for renovations to the George T. Potter Library and construction of a Learning Commons.

The Board of Trustees may also authorize an executive session to discuss personnel matters, property acquisition, and pending or anticipated litigation.
