Presented by Ramapo Alumnus Jackir Ahmed ’10

In this interactive 30 minute presentation, Jackir will discuss Identity Protection including strategies to avoid common methods of identity theft and scams as well as plans for monitoring, protecting and managing your financial identity and take your questions.

Jackir Ahmed is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey with a B.A. in Law and Society.  While a student, Jackir was an intern with the Mahwah Police Department.  He began his career as a certified dispatcher assisting the public including working directly with the Department of Public Safety on campus.  Jackir has been happily serving our community for more than 16 years as Vice President / Store Manager at TD Bank North America. His main focus is providing financial well-being by guiding customers to a sound and healthy financial lifestyle.

Jackir is a certified consumer lender with TD Bank, NMLS certified and working toward his credit licensing.  He has also served the community through his involvement with the Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce, Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative and the Bergen County Habitat for Humanity.
